Sales & Customer Support / Global Leadership Development Programme (GLDP)


As a GLDP you will be within Sales & Customer Support, where you will perform activities that will make an impact in our business.


This talent development opportunity for dynamic young professionals and recent graduates will equip you step by step with the skills you need to succeed. Supported by an experienced mentor, you'll be able to benefit from this structured program in several ways: the chance to work abroad, sharing know-how across borders, joining dynamic teams to tackle exciting and varied projects and building your own global network of contacts are only some of the program's integral parts. Requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or any related field with excellent grades, completed between dec/2017 and jul/2021
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience).
  • 4+ months of international experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
  • Fluent business English. German is an advantage.
  • A sharp intellect.
  • Passion for BMW.
  • Good communication, negotiation, teamwork and starting to build leadership skills.
  • Readiness for an international career.
